Bradford Watermelon Beer Dinner

With the harvest season in full swing, we've decided to team up with the Phatty Wagon and Bravard Farms to bring you an incredible harvest dinner. This dinner will be featuring Bradford watermelons from the same crop that we used for our watermelon berliner weisse. Not only will this dinner feature fresh, delicious watermelons, but it will also include plenty of other farm-fresh ingredients.

This 5-course dinner will include:

Charcuterie w/house made mustards, sausages, and pickles

Watermelon gazpacho

Watermelon carpaccio

Grass-fed NY strip steak w/succotash & smashed potatoes

Dark lager chocolate torte

There will also be Greek bruschetta and an assortment of cheeses available between courses.

Tickets are $30, and include five 5-ounce beers served throughout the dinner.
